Terms of Service for "Feel to Heal" Emotion & Trauma Release Workshop

1. Workshop Overview

This workshop includes guided breathwork, energy clearing techniques, emotional release practices, and post-session reflection. These modalities are designed to support emotional healing and personal transformation in a safe, sacred space.

2. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

This workshop is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. While we address emotional and energetic well-being, the content does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition. If you are under the care of a licensed therapist, doctor, or other practitioner, please consult them before participating.

3. Participant Responsibility

By joining this session, you acknowledge:

You are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after the workshop.

You agree to stop or pause any exercise if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

You are over the age of 18 or have parental/guardian permission to attend.

4. Confidentiality & Sacred Space

This is a sacred and confidential space. While you are not required to share personal experiences, if you do, all participants agree to honor each other’s vulnerability and privacy. What is shared in the session stays in the session.

5. Results Disclaimer

While many people experience profound shifts, individual results are not guaranteed. Your level of transformation depends on many factors, including your level of openness, participation, and follow-through.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this energetic and digital experience, all purchases are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by the facilitator.

All materials provided during the workshop (e.g., slides, audio recordings, journal prompts, handouts) are the intellectual property of Dr. Missy Hillock and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.
